She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (Membership No. A73254). She began her academic journey in the field of commerce by obtaining a bachelor’s degree (B.Com) and subsequently pursuing law (LL.B). Having knowledge of corporate secretarial and compliance functions under the Companies Act, 2013 and the Listing Regulations.
